In this role, you will be:

This will involve supporting and managing processes to assign role permissions, challenging & understanding system use and supporting a variety of objectives to improve our ways of working.

Responsibilities

  1. Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes across the organisation while identifying and suggesting opportunities for process improvement
  2. Overseeing and ensuring the proper implementation and maintenance of Role-Based Access Control
  3. Contributing to the evaluation and selection of optimal tools and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  4. Providing internal support for tool and system issues through tickets, ensuring excellent customer service
  5. Creating, regularly reviewing, and maintaining documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance
  6. Efficiently managing and completing assigned tasks and objectives to meet deadlines and performance standards
  7. Actively engaging with internal stakeholders to gather and respond to their requirements effectively
  8. Enhancing the experience of clients, colleagues, and stakeholders by practicing and promoting ENSEK’s values
