In a Nutshell

The role is responsible for managing a team of Operations Managers and overseeing the day to day activity required to deliver the services we provide for our B2B clients with respect to billing, operations performance and exception management.

Responsibilities

1. Day to day management of the B2B Ops teams and Team Managers

2. Day to day management of Billing, CoS, Disputes, ETs, Losses and Metering tasks, SLAs and exception

management activity for all B2B clients

3. Performance management of Operations Managers

4. Client relationship management and stakeholder management of key B2B stakeholders

5. Identification of process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality

6. Managing a positive internal stakeholder relationships with Product, Service Desk and Client

Relationship teams

7. To add value to the experience of our clients, colleagues and other relevant stakeholders through

practicing and promoting the ENSEK values.

Key Skills

1. We are looking for a strong leader who is highly resilient, can multi-task and turn complex problems

into simple action plans

2. Experience of working within the B2B Energy space would be advantageous - A working knowledge of

B2B pricing and Billing would be highly desirable

3. You should be a critical thinker who welcomes a challenge and has no trouble getting stuck into

problems

4. You welcome customer feedback and are not afraid to have challenging conversations

5. You will have a track record of leading people and demonstrating a variety of performance

management techniques

6. Owning the coaching and development of the team in an engaging way

7. Can understand and translate contractual SLAs into manageable team targets

8. Communication and presentation skills to support internal team and external client meetings

9. MS office proficiency and excel intermediate level as a minimum to support data analysis
