In a Nutshell

In this role, you will be helping to enable our colleagues to work effectively, improving our system efficiency and bringing value to our security requirements as an organisation. This will involve supporting and managing processes to assign role permissions, challenging & understanding system use and supporting a variety of varied objectives to improve our ways of working.


  • Supporting Joiner, Mover, and Leaver actions across the organisation identifying and raising potential process improvements
  • Maintaining Role Based Access Control
  • Supporting work to assess that we are using the best tools available
  • Supporting internal colleagues via internal tickets for issues related to tools or systems, utilising customer service principles
  • Creation, continual review, and upkeep of documentation
  • Working through tasks & objectives, supported by a senior role
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements
  • Adding value to the experience of our clients, colleagues and other relevant stakeholders through practicing and promoting the ENSEK values
