Responding to the report put out by Ofgem today on customer complaint handling across all energy suppliers, Jon Slade, chief executive of ENSEK, said:
“Today’s report from Ofgem proves that energy suppliers have a real opportunity to improve customer experience by understanding the impact of the industry process on customer billing. Data analytics is the key enabler to link these two fundamental processes at a customer level, making better business sense for suppliers and delivering better service for customers.”
